Cultivate [Cultivar]

This week's Illustration Friday's theme is CULTIVATE. I remembered this illustration in color pencil, made a long time ago for a story my niece wrote when she was nine years old.
All we cultivate with love is fruitful.

Só [alone]

A friend who is far away is sometimes much nearer than one who is at hand. Is not the mountain far more awe-inspiring and more clearly visible to one passing through the valley than to those who inhabit the mountain?

Quick watercolor I made for Illustration Friday with this week theme, Surrender.
Surrender by giving in, without conditions, shields off.
